Thank you for putting this out to help us. The cartridge carrier was indeed unconnected from the little strip thingy behid the cartridges. Now I can use my printer again! Track your Synology NAS when it's lecmark. I have been trying to replace it for 2 days.

The error message was gone! My left hand held the strip and went into the printer where you put the cartridges in.
